Angela French - ND; BHSc Naturopathy; ANTA (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Angela is a Naturopath with a passion for inspiring her patient's towards higher levels of health and wellness. She uses a variety of naturopathic screening tools in conjunction with a comprehensive case history to ascertain an accurate and effective treatment that is tailored to suit the individual. Angela is particularly interested in mental health, children’s health, and skin disorders including eczema, allergies, male and female complaints, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances. Angela uses the latest technology and testing applications, and has had fantastic results from NES scanning and Infoceuticals.
  

Sarina Vecchio - ND; MSc. (Biochemistry) GDip.Nut.Med. BHSc. (Nat / Nut); ANPA (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Sarina has recently joined our team at Springwood Natural Health Clinic. For the past 15 years, Sarina has been involved in the health profession where she specialised in nutrition, diet and naturopathic assessments. Sarina holds a Master's Degree in Science (Clinical Biochemistry), a Bachelor Degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and a Masters in Health Studies at UQ majoring in Women's Health. Sarina has previously owned her own clinic, has participated in a research study at the Royal Brisbane Hospital in Immunology, and has been teaching Naturopathy at Endeavour and AIAS colleges for the past 9 years.

'Throughout my studies and research, my passion has been in Biochemistry, Nutrition and Naturopathic medicine and treatment. I find great appreciation in combining both the conventional and traditional approches to practice, as they are very complimentary to each other. Patients therefore, can have the best of both worlds and the overall benefit they receive is reflected in the positive outcomes of their treatments.'


Ilana Schwerin - ND Adv.Dip.Nat; Adv.Dip.Nut; Adv.DipWHM; ANTA (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Ilana is an accredited Naturopath who recently won the ‘Outstanding Performance in Nutritional Medicine’ award at the Australian Institute of Applied Science.  Ilana, like all our practitioners is passionate about seeing people lead productive happy healthy and enjoyable lives. Ilana areas of specialty include sports medicine, children's behavioural disorders, menstrual problems, fatigue, weight loss and acute disorders such as colds, flu’s and coughs. Ilana also has a keen interest in detox and wellness programs, aimed at helping her clients achieve complete health and vitality. Ilana makes use of the most up-to-date testing procedures, and has a particular interest in Hemaview.


Thomas Honnef - ND Dip App Sc (Naturopathy); ATMS (Northside Wellness Clinic)
Thomas has many years experience as a naturopath and health coach and is highly regarded by both his peers and patients alike. Thomas is a qualified Herbalist, Iridologist, Nutritionist and Masseuse and combines these and many other skills to provide a complete health care plan for his patients.

Gina Wilson - B HSc (Naturopathy), Dip Nut, Dip HM; ATMS (Northside Wellness Clinic)
Gina has recently joined our team at Northside Wellness Clinic. With over eight years experience in the natural medicine industry, Gina brings a results-driven approach to her Naturopathic treatments. Having a background in both clinical practice and the retail sector (where she was responsible for developing herbal and nutritional products for a large manufacturer of natural medicines), Gina balances a keen scientific intellect with a warm person-centred approach. Gina keeps up with the latest research and uses a variety of testing including Hemaview, Cellular Health Analysis and Genetic Testing to really get to the root of the 'problem'. This not only enables you to gain quick relief from symptoms but also ensures that you have long lasting results as the underlying issues are corrected.

Gina confidently treats people of all ages with all types of 'weird and wonderful' conditions to help them take control of their health and feel truly vibrant. So whether you have allergies or zoonotic hookworm, Gina can help you get the results you are looking for.

Jennifer works as a Health Care Practitioner at both our Springwood and Petrie Clinics. She is a fully qualified Registered Nurse and Midwife and is a trained practitioner in Biomesotherapy and Ultra Lite. Jennifer’s experience in health care spans 40 years during which time she has gained amazing insights into both natural and western medicine. Her particular areas of interest include Healing & Prevention, particularly with the aid of Cellular Health Analysis and Heart Health Screening; Pain Management using Biomesotherapy; and Weight Management using the well-proven Ultra Lite weight management program. Jennifer combines her skills and experience to ensure her patients receive the best individual health treatment and ongoing care.

Samantha Foxcroft - Dip Remedial Massage ANTA (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Samantha is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with seven years experience. Samantha specialises in Remedial, Deep Tissue, Sports and Relaxation Massage and also incorporates the therapy of Cupping. She is registered with most major Private Health Funds.
 

Kevin Behm - RN; BAppSc (Musculoskeletal Therapy) ANTA - Musculoskeletal Therapist (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
As a Registered Nurse and qulaified Musculoskeletal Therapist, Kevin is an holistic health professional who gives particular attention to the relationship of muscles and fasciae to structural and neurological aspects of the body in health and disease. He is educated in the relevant basic and clinical sciences as well as in related health subjects and can contribute significantly in the fields of pain management, acute and chronic injury, and rehabilitation. 

 
OSTEOPATHY AND ACUPUNCTURE

Dr Paul Gray - DO; ACU; Macert Nat Osteopath (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Paul Gray was born in Cleethorpes, in the UK. At the age of 24, he fractured his lumbar spine, falling from a ladder. After three years of crippling pain, which motivated him to seek treatment from a number of different health care practitioners, he was successfully treated by an Osteopath who practiced Osteopathy and acupuncture together. Paul considers his injury and recovery the most formative event in his life and it sparked an intense life long interest in the holistic treatment of pain and chronic disability. Paul practices: Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Paul studied Osteopathy in New Zealand with postgraduate training in UK. In 1995 he studied Veterinary Osteopathy with Mr. Anthony Pusey at the Haywood’s Heath Veterinary hospital in the UK. Returning to New Zealand Paul studied Acupuncture in Auckland. Paul Graduated from the New Zealand college of Osteopathy in November 1990 and his postgraduate Acupuncture from Auckland University AUT Akoranga in 2002, he also has diplomas in Chinese herbal medicine and Naturopathy. Paul has worked in Holistic Osteopathic clinics in: Singapore, UK, New Zealand and Thailand. 
 

Jessica Ketelaars - BHSc (Acupuncture); AACMA Acupuncturist (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Jessica is qualified in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. She uses a variety of treatments including herbal remedies, acupuncture, cupping and dietary advice, to ensure that you get the best possible treatment.

Whilst she is trained to treat a wide variety of conditions, Jessica specialises is gynecology, digestive disorders and musco-skeletal problems. 
 
 



COUNSELLING

Fran Nguyen - SRN; OND; Masters Soc Sc & Counselling; ACA (Springwood Natural Health Clinic)
Fran is married with three teenage boys. She has worked in the UK, Hong Kong, Pakistan and here in Australia as both a registered nurse and as an addiction therapist. She has recently completed her Masters in counselling at the Christian Heritage College. She currently works as a counsellor in several locations around Brisbane and continues to work part time as a registered nurse.
